Moderator - Chris Flack: UnPlug Co-Founder Chris Flack has over fifteen years in tech and organisational behaviour consulting. He has experienced many of the negative impacts of information overload and witnessed how information overload and an ‘always on’ culture have changed many people's lives. As Co-founder of UnPlug, since 2015 Chris has led Digital Wellbeing programmes into +80 organisations in Europe. With an MSc in Organisation & Work Behaviour from DCU, his specific area of research is task switching and loneliness in the workplace. Chris also brings a wealth of international experience to UnPlug. Several career breaks in his corporate life allowed him to spend four years travelling and working in senior strategy roles for international aid organisations across four continents. Chris is one of the lead teachers at the Digital Wellness Institute (productivity module) and is accredited as an All-Stars Thought Leader. In his personal life Chris enjoys travel, meditation, hiking, cycling, tennis and cooking with friends.


Jonathan Garner: Jonathan Garner founded Mind over Tech in 2018—a company that helps develop habits and mindsets to unlock the human potential of hybrid teams. They design and deliver Digital Habits curriculum and support programmes to clients including Vodafone, Google, KPMG, The Cabinet Office, HAYS and Kellogg. They also deliver public programmes, and recently published the Digital Habit Lab—a physical toolkit of 50 experiments to help anyone take back control of their tech. Jonathan speaks internationally on topics relating to Digital Wellbeing and Awareness in modern day life, drawing on his life experience as an artist, web developer & UX designer, facilitator and meditation instructor.

Chido Samantha: Chido Samantha Mbavarira is a digital marketing and digital wellness consultant helping individuals and organizations foster digital wellness tools, skills, and techniques so they can BE well and WORK well as part of their personal and professional wellness strategy. She inspires companies and organizations to leverage their greatest people, projects and programs in a digitally demanding workplace. Chido focuses on social-based science and behaviour to provide powerful digital wellness practices and solutions. Her background is in online business management, digital marketing and digital wellness, which is the perfect trifecta for personal, professional, and entrepreneurship development. 

Mar Cabra: Mar Cabra is cofounder of The Self-Investigation, a foundation that provides a variety of services aimed at improving media professionals’ well-being. She is a Pulitzer prize-winning journalist, digital wellness educator and Acumen fellow working on raising awareness on how technology is changing the way we interact with ourselves, each other and as a society. She writes a column in Spanish newspaper El Confidencial on this topic. She’s committed to creating a healthier working culture to prevent others from burning out like she did after leading the technology and data work for the Panama Papers investigation.
