A graduate of Harvard and the Yale School of Management, she’s the only person to receive a Point of Light award from two US Presidents--an award she received for her work in civic engagement. She is also a member of the UN Global Happiness Council, a Fellow of the World Innovation Organization, a featured professor in Oprah’s happiness e-course, and a regular contributor to Forbes. Her current work focuses on how to cultivate happiness and well-being in the digital era.

Madlin Mangrum: Being a mother and wife are the primary roles that drive my passion for digital wellness.  I am passionate about building strong connections in my family and preventing digital devices and screen time from damaging my relationships.  As an entrepreneurial activist I created Unplugged Family to inspire and equip other mama bears to raise children that flourish in the digital age.  I've become a disciple and imperfect practitioner of best practices in managing appropriate screen time.  After literally thousands of hours studying digital wellness, interviewing countless experts on, and procrastinating my still unpublished book, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and vision for humane tech and human connection.

Laura Willis: Laura is one of the UK’s leading experts on managing workplace mental health in a digital age and a thought-leader on minimizing digital overload at work and protecting work-life balance in our always-on world. She co-founded Shine Offline in 2015 with the aim of helping businesses to improve their digital workplace cultures by supporting staff and leadership to have healthier, more sustainable relationships with their technology. In 2013 Laura’s dysfunctional relationship with her work email and increasingly disintegrating work life balance led to her experiencing a period of poor mental health. Laura has worked with employees from businesses of all sizes and sectors. including the UK Parliament, The Crown Prosecution Service, the NHS, Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Ashursts LLP, Discovery and Alnylam Pharma.

Beth Lauren: Beth is producing the Well-Tech World Summit in Brighton, UK in March 2023. The event will bring together the global wellness and technology communities to share tech-enabled products, services, and solutions for personal and community-based wellness. As an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and founder of Sangha NYC, Beth offers lifestyle and dietary counseling, a line of Ayurvedic supplements, and foods that are a fusion of Ashkenazi Jewish classic dishes and Ayurvedic herbs and spices. She is the author of the memoir, Reeling: Misadventures in Moviemaking, Money, and Love which chronicles her healing journey from rape and PTSD survivor to wellness professional.
