Digital Wellness Test Kitchen: Cooking Up Communities of Practice

Digital Wellness Test Kitchen: Cooking Up Communities of Practice

Description: For as long as humans have existed, they’ve run experiments with the tools and resources they’ve had to create new ways of being, doing and living. Today, we have one of the most powerful tools on the planet in our pockets with access to plentiful resources, yet we have very few instructions on how to use what we have to live healthy and fulfilling lives. So we reckon it’s time to return to our ancestral tradition of cooking together; creating space to slow down and experiment with what we have to nourish ourselves as we learn, grow and connect. Consider this your invitation to our community of practice, Juice and Sauce Club.
To celebrate this vital holiday, we will host a “Test Kitchen” on Digital Wellness. In this container, folks will be introduced to frameworks, language, and other tools that help us develop ideas and create culture for how to be in right relationship with our technology. We enter this space with trust and understanding that the collective intelligence of the group can whip up a recipe that we can all reproduce to suit our own taste. So, leave your inhibitions and bring your ideas, challenges and unique ingredients to the kitchen and let’s get cookin’!

*This session is interactive with breakout groups and will not be recorded.
